MODULE 1
Business financials 101
This is accounting made easy, simple to understand as well as relevant to your business, but most of all... fun!
By the end of module one, you will understand the key accounting concepts and how they apply to your business, and you’ll have your business accounts set up in a way that you can stay on top of them easily, so there won’t be any more surprises.
MODULE 2
Your current financial state
Time to get your head out of the sand (sorry!). In this module, you’ll identify the 3 numbers you need to know each month to have a complete understanding of how your business is performing, so you can double down and grow your profit faster.
You’ll also set a future-focused plan for your numbers, so you can pinpoint the fastest route to financial freedom.
MODULE 3
Paving your pathway to success
You’ll get clear goals, and create a comprehensive month-by-month budget broken down into income and expense categories. This means that every month, you'll have a plan for your growth that you can actually stick to.
MODULE 4
Tracking and goal setting
Once you have a plan for how you want your business to grow, you need to know how you’re tracking so you can tweak your strategy and adapt your actions for better results. In module four, you’ll create your personal system to track and analyse your financials each month.
You’ll also set up a cashflow forecast for your business, so you can make business decisions based on your actual cashflow (rather than impulsively buying things because you feel rich this month). The best part? It’s super simple, with zero spreadsheet overwhelm.
MODULE 5
Your money dream team
Managing your business and personal money is a lot, but you don’t have to do it all on your own. In module five, I’ll show you how to build your dream money team (ie accountants, bookkeepers and staff).
